With more than 20 years experience in a range of roles in marketing software, hardware, services and enterprise-class solutions, there's quite a lot I have learned. And of course I've been fortunate to have received many formal training opportunities, in company-sponsored courses, through books, distance learning programs and events. As my responsibilities increased, I found myself increasing responsible for setting overall product and business direction. When viewed from the top, these experiences and skills seem to blend to support each other. And as a manager and coach, I do all I can to pass along the techniques and perspectives I have learned.
